My Two Percent

• It rained all day.  That makes me very happy.  There is something very soothing about water
• Butter makes everything in life taste better.
• So does bacon.
• I have witnessed 2 separate cars get rear ended in the past two weeks.  Strange
• Going to the dentist isn’t fun, however I have a new dentist whom I really like, and this makes the whole process much more enjoyable.
• Eugene hasn’t thrown up since my last post about his puking habit.  Yahoo!  I’m pretty sure that’s a record for him.
• Concert season is getting here fast….my favorite time of the year!  Starting with the Killers this Friday….can’t wait!
• I’m a bit bummed the Killers is in a seated auditorium, I would much rather it be general seating so I can push my way to the front.  Plus, my tickets are practically in the last row.  Boo!
• I have a great group of work friends…. and for that I am extremely grateful.
• Sometimes the way the universe syncs up really amazes me.
• What also amazes me is how things come in waves: marriages, pregnancies, divorces.

• I really truly missed my crock pot during my two-week move where I had no idea where anything was.
• It seems like whenever extra money shows up, so does an extra bill.  Or, to be not so Debbie Downer about it, I guess I could think, how perfect that extra money came or how else would I pay that extra bill?
• I have a fun weekend coming: concert on Friday, Bachelorette party at a cabin in Brown County Saturday/Sunday, and NO WORK on Monday.
• Going to the eye doctor Monday….so nice to have the day off work to take care of stuff like that.
• And while I’m thinking of it I think I’ll get my oil changed Monday also, since I’ve been trying to get that done since Sunday.
• The Wrestler came out on DVD this week. I bought it.  I hardly ever buy movies unless they are truly deserving of $20.
